| Abstract: | DNA methylation changes in cancer activate and de-activate both oncogenes and anti-oncogenes. Global methylation inhibitors could therefore do as much harm as good, and more specific methylase inhibitors are needed to have a chance of being effective anti-cancer drugs. |
