| Abstract: | Multiple shoots were obtained from nodal segments of young and mature trees of Lagerstroemia flos-reginae Retz on MS medium with 7.50–20 mg/l of benzyl amino purine. Rooting was achieved on transfer of the excised shoots to MS medium with 1 mg/l of indole butyric acid. The plantlets have been successfully transferred to soil. |
