| 摘 要： | 迷迭香酸(Rosemarinic acid)是一种含多酚羟基的酸。迷迭香酸具有抗氧化及清除自由基作用和抗炎、免疫调节、抗血栓生成、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肾小球细胞增殖、抗抑郁等生物活性，广泛应用于食品、化妆品、医药等方面。本文对其生物及化学合成、生物技术生产、药理研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Rosmarinic acid is a polyphenolic substance.Rosmarinic acid has a number of biological activities,e.g.antioxidant,anti inflammatory,antibacterial,antivirus,antithrombotic,inhibits the complement system,inhibits mesangial cell proliferation, and antidepressive.It is applied in medicine,food industry and cosmetics.This paper reviewed biosynthesis,biotechnological production,chemosynthesis,pharmacology. |
