| 摘 要： | 采用原子吸收分光光度法研究了东方对虾在蜕皮过程中，壳、肌肉、肝胰脏和蜕下壳中Ca,P,Mg和K含量的变化。蜕皮间期壳中的各元素含量显著高于蜕皮后矿化期，蜕皮后矿期肝胰脏中的P和K的含量显著高于蜕皮前期。

| Abstract: | The Ca,P,Mg and K levels in the exoskeleton,abdominal muscle,hepatopancreas and cast exuvia on molting cycle of the prawn,Panaeus orientalis,were determinded by the method of atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The levels of Ca,P,Mg and K in the carapace of the inter-molting are higher than that of the post-molting stage,while the levels of P and K in the hepatopancreas of the post-stage are higher than that of inter-molting stage. |
