糖尿病病人的红细胞能量代谢

摘    要:糖尿病病人内环境的改变影响了其体内红细胞的葡萄糖摄取率、胞内糖酵解酶活性、能量代谢中间产物含量以及ATP的储存与利用。这些因素共同作用于红细胞能量代谢的整个过程,使病人红细胞能量代谢发生改变,从而影响红细胞自身的结构、性质以及功能,引起机体组织微循环紊乱、供氧不足等,促进糖尿病并发症的产生。本文对糖尿病病人红细胞能量代谢的相关研究及分子机制进行总结,这些有助于了解糖尿病病人红细胞能量代谢发生的改变,并为糖尿病病人微血管病变的预防、诊断及治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract:The microenvironmental changes in diabetes patients affect the glucose uptake rate of red blood cells in the body,intracellular glycolytic enzyme activity,metabolic intermediate energy content and the storage and use of the ATP.These factors work together in the whole process of red blood cell energy metabolism in patients by affecting the function,structure,and properties of red blood cells,therefore inducing tissue microcirculation disorder and inadequate oxygen supply,leading to the diabetes complications.This paper summarizes the research progression,especially the molecular mechanism of erythrocyte energy metabolism,in patients with diabetes,which provides new ideas for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of microvascular diseases in patients with diabetes.
