牛樟芝固态发酵菌丝体三萜及多糖提取工艺优化研究

摘    要:为研究牛樟芝固态发酵菌丝体中三萜和多糖的最佳提取工艺,选取浸提时间、料液比和提取温度3个因素,分别设置3个水平,以三萜和多糖得率为指标,并采用正交试验法进行分析。结果表明,三萜的最佳提取工艺条件为:浸提时间3 h、料液比1∶30(g·mL-1)、温度70℃,在此条件下,得率为3.43%;多糖的最佳提取工艺为:浸提时间2 h、料液比1∶20(g·mL-1)、温度95℃,在此条件下得率为4.71%。研究结果为牛樟芝固态发酵菌丝体中三萜和多糖的提取工艺提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to study the optimal extraction technology of triterpenes and polysaccharides from solid fermentation mycelium of antrodia camphorate, three factors including extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature were selected, and three levels were set respectively. The yields of triterpenes and polysaccharides were used as indicators, and the optimum conditions were performed by orthogonal test. The results showed that the best extraction process for triterpenes was extraction time 3 h, ratio of material to liquid 1∶30, temperature 70 ℃, and the yield was 3.63%. The optimum extraction process for polysaccharides was extraction time 2 h, material-liquid ratio 1∶20, temperature 95 ℃, and the yield was 4.71%. The results was expected to provide reference for research on extraction technology of triterpenes and polysaccharides from solid fermentation mycelium of antrodia camphorate.
