| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰岛素注射笔在社区的合理应用。方法对我院社区内2007年8月～2011年5月期间的148例糖尿病病人使用胰岛素笔注射胰岛素情况进行调查并开展使用指导。结果在使用过程中,发生低血糖3例,局部硬结5例,注射部位疼痛12例,另有1例胰岛素笔芯破损。结论胰岛素注射笔值得在农村基层推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate insulin pen in the community of reasonable application.Methods In our hospital in 2007 August-2011 May community during the period of 148 cases of diabetes patients using insulin pen injection of insulin to investigate and develop the use of guidance.Results In the use of the process,hypoglycemia in 3 cases,5 cases of local induration,pain at the injection site in 12 cases,and 1 cases of insulin refill breakage.Conclusion Insulin injection pens worth in rural grass-roots promotion. |
