广州市15岁以下人群乙肝疫苗查漏补种项目实施效果评价

目的评价广州市2001—2011年15岁以下人群乙肝疫苗查漏补种效果,为制定乙肝免疫策略提供依据。方法对广州市2001年、2008年和2009—2011年15岁以下儿童乙肝疫苗查漏补种项目实施效果进行评价。结果 3次乙肝疫苗查漏补种实施,可调查儿童6 973～319 478人,2001年、2008年和2009—2011年实施乙肝疫苗查漏补种项目首针及时接种率分别为90.88%9、5.1%和96.92%,全程接种率分别为92.44%、97.14%和99.08%。2009—2011年乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率比2001年、2008年分别提高了15.21%和88.70%;2009—2011年乙肝疫苗全程接种率比2001年、2008年分别提高了15.27%和88.71%。结论乙肝疫苗查漏补种项目的实施,显著提高了乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率和全程接种率,起到了良好的预防作用。

Evaluation on supplementary immunization activities strategy of hepatitis B vaccine among children under 15 years old in Guangzhou

Objective To evaluate the effect of supplementary immunization activities of Hepatitis B vaccine among chil-dren under 15 years old in Guangzhou since 2001-2011 ,and to provide reference for formulating the strategies for Hepatitis B vaccine on immunization （EPI）. Methods In 2001-2011, supplementary immunization activities （SIAs） strategy to un-der 15 years old children was developed and implemented. Results All those immunization effects were guaranteed by quality control 6 973-319 478 children were investigated in each round of SIAs. In 2001,2008 and 2009-2011, timely birth dose （HepB） were 90. 88% ,95. 1% and 96.92% respectively, coverage of HepB3 were 92.44 %,97. 14% and 99.08%. In 2009-2011 timely birth dose （ HepB） than those of in 2001,2008 were increased by 15.21% and 88.70% , in 2009-2011 coverage of HepB3 than in 2001, 2008 were increased by 15.27% and 88.71% respectively. Conclusion The immunization coverage was improved dramatically in supplementary immunization activities strategy.
