乳清蛋白在临床营养中的应用

摘    要:乳清蛋白被认为是"蛋白之王",是人乳蛋白的主要成分。乳清蛋白的临床功用包括维持和提高机体免疫力、抗自由基延缓衰老、维持肾功能和促进创伤愈合。疾病防治作用包括防治"四高症"、心脑血管疾病和消化系统疾病,以及有助于癌症康复和AIDS患者的治疗。

Abstract:Whey protein is regarded as the king of protein,is the main component of human milk protein.This paper is a review about the application of whey protein in clinical nutrition,including maintaining and enhancing mmunity,anti-free radical and anti-aging,maintenance of renal function and promoting wound healing.The role of disease prevention and control includes prevention and cure of the four-high-disease,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,digestive diseases and conduces to cancer and HIV treatment.
