| 摘 要： | 在观察研究蒙古口蘑生态的基础上,通过菌种分离、驯化,选出87-B-2优良菌株。在以马粪、麦秸等配制的发酵料进行瓶栽、箱栽试验的基础上,1990年用床式栽培方法驯化栽培成功蒙古口蘑。

| Abstract: | On the basis of a thorough investigation of the regular pattern of growth and development, the authors gained a pure culture of Tricholoma mongolicum 87-B-2 throw isolation, selection and domestication. After carring out experiment of cultivation in bottles and boxes with wheat straw and horse dung as the substrate, we first succeeded in domestication and cultivation of Tricholoma mongolicum on planting beds in 1990. |
