The conformation of echinomycin in DMSO solution |

| Abstract: | The conformation of the antibiotic echinomycin in DMSO solution has been determined from two-dimensional NMR and distance geometry calculation with distance constraints. Five converged conformations were calculated with NOE distance constraints followed by restraint energy minimization. |
