甲型肝炎病毒感染2BS细胞后培养液中甲肝病毒的研究

STUDY ON HAV IN THE CULTURAL MEDIUM OF THE INFECTED 2BS CELLS

HAV RNA could be detected by cDNA-RNA hybridization method in the HAV infected cell cultural medium. But HAAg could not be detected by ELISA. The infectivity of HAV in the cultural medium was very high, it's TCID50/ml was only a little lower than that of HAV in the infected cells. It was observed that HAV particles in the cultural medium were nearly all full particles ( mature virion ) by PEG IEM method. The time of HAV appearance fn the cultural medium was different among different HAV strains. A discussion was made about the mechanism of HAV release from the infected cells.
