甘肃陇东玉米螟生物学特性的初步观察

米螟性诱剂试验、形态鉴定表明 ,陇东发生的玉米螟 ,以亚洲玉米螟OstriniafurnacalisGuenee为优势种 ,也有少量的欧洲玉米螟Ostrinianubialis (H櫣ｂｎｅｒ)。有效积温计算 ,年发生 1 2 4代 ,其中蛹期3 3d ,产卵前期 7d ,卵期 1 2d ,幼虫期 46d。观察表明陇东玉米螟年发生基本 1代 ,局部 2代。 7月上中旬为蛾量高峰期。阶段性人工饲养表明 ,蛹期 2 1 8d ,产卵前期 2 8d ,卵期 1 0 1d。雌蛾寿命 7 9d ,雄蛾寿命 6 4d。影响发生的重要因素是降水量和天敌。

Observation on bionomics of Ostrinia furnacalis in Longdong,Gansu

The morphological identification and sex pheromon experiments on corn borers collected from Longdong, Gansu Province were studied. The results indicate that two insect pests: the Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee and the Eurapen corn borer, O. nubialis (Hübner) are found in Longdong, of which the former is a dominant species infesting corn plants in this region. According to calculation of effective temperature, O. furnacalis has 1^24 generations in a year. The duration of the pupal stage is 33 days, that of the preoviposition stage 7 days, the egg stage 12 days and the larval stage 46 days. Based on observations in the field, the Asian corn borer has generally one generation in Longdong, sometimes 2 generations, and peak of moth occurrence is the middle and the late of July. The rearing results of O. furnacalis in laboratory showed that the pupal,preoviposition and egg stages were 21.3 days, 2.8 days and 10.1 days respectively, the average longevity of the female adult was 7.9 days and that of the male adult 6.4 days. The main factors affecting occurrence of the insect pest were precipitation and natural enemy.
