摘    要:1998~2000年,从大同、太原和内蒙古自治区等地采集健康块茎中分离到133株内生细菌,通过离体抑菌作用测定、田间和温室实验,初步筛选出5个具有促生或潜在防治马铃薯环腐病的内生细菌,其中118菌株定殖、促生和拮抗三种作用兼备,具有很好的开发应用前景。

Abstract:One hundred and thirty-three bacterial strains were isolated from inner tissue of potato tubers collected from Datong, Taiyuan and Inner Mongolia Autonomous regions. On the basis of antagonistic examination in vitro, greenhouse and field tests, five strains named as 069, 085, 110, 116 and 118 were chosen for their suppression of bacterial ring rot or their growth promotion. Strain 118 is an endophytic bacterium with three effects of colonization, growth promotion and suppression of the pathogenic bacteria, showing good prospects for commercial use.
