家庭干预对喉癌患者术后生活质量的影响

目的:探讨家庭干预对喉癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:将66例喉癌术后患者随机分为干预组和时照组,两组病人均进行常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上对患者实施针对性家庭干预。采用Terrell生活质量调查表分别在实施干预前及实施干预后进行评估。结果:干预组患者干预后对健康知识掌握率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对喉癌术后病人实施针对性家庭干预,可以提高喉癌术后病人生活质量。

Influence of Family Nursing Intervention on Life Quality of Patients with Laryngocarcinoma After Operation

Objective:To investigate the influence of the family nursing intervention on life quality of the patients with laryngocar- cinoma after operation.Methods:Sixty-six patients with laryngocarcinoma after the operation were divided into the intervention group and control group at random.All the patients were given the regular treatment and nursing,and the patients in the intervention group re- ceived family nursing intervention additionally.All the patients were evaluated by Terrell life quality scale before and after the interven- tion.Results:The scores on Terrell life quality scale of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group af- ter family nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:Life quality of patients with laryngocarcinoma after operation is improved after additional family nursing intervention.
