Abstract: | A Simplified version of rate equations for enzyme-catalyzed reactions has been developed in which the rate equation is analyzed with two different mechanisms: ordered bi–ter and Ping-Pong bi–bi mechanisms. This procedure is able to develop the rate expressions accurately. Random sequential order mechanism can be effectively explained by this approach. |
