摘    要:研究盐土粘细菌NUST03对Cu2+、Cr3+、Ni2+的吸附能力及不同条件下菌体对离子的吸附。实验表明盐土粘细菌NUST03对Cu2+、Cr3+、Ni2+吸附能力为Cu2+>Cr3+>Ni2+,pH值对菌体吸附Cu2+、Ni2+影响较大,氯化钙和氯化镁的存在对菌体吸附Cu2+、Ni2+、Cr3+有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:A myxobacterium NUST03 from salt soil was tested for adsorption capacity of Cu2+,Cr3+ and Ni2+ under different conditions.Experimental results showed that the myxobacteria NUST03 had the strongest adsorption capacity to Cu2+,the stronger was the Cr3+ and the weakest was the Ni2+.pH significantly influenced the adsorption and the presence of calcium chloride and magnesium chloride had a certain inhibitory effect on the adsorption.
