摘    要:多糖作为新药研究开发的热点,近年来受到越来越多科研人员的广泛关注。综述近几年多糖的提取与分离纯化、含量测定及相对分 子质量测定方法研究进展,旨在为多糖的深入研究提供参考。

Abstract:As one of the research foci in drug discovery, polysaccharides have attracted great attention from increasing number of researchers. In this paper, extraction and purification of polysaccharides as well as determination of content and molecular weight were reviewed to provide references for further investigations on polysaccharides.
