| 摘 要： | 表达序列标签（EST）在基因组作图，克隆基因，新基因的识别，蛋白质组研究等许多方面具有重要的用途。本介绍了EST的制备方法，以及构建均一化cDNA库的方法，并介绍了EST在以上各方面的应用。
