| Abstract: | Callus was induced from juice vesicles of satsuma mandarin on Murashige & Skoog medium supplemented with  -naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), kinetin (K) and gibberellin (GA). Adventitious embryoids arose from the callus tissue on the medium containing 1 mgl–1 NAA alone. The embryoids grew into embryos which resulted in a plantlet on medium containing 1 mgl–1 GA.Abbreviations GA
