摘    要:经粘度法测量证明牛血清白蛋白在NaCl,KSCN和KI3种盐溶液中的流体力学行为有较大差别,并按经验公式由粘度数据计算了表观分子轴比和分子体积,它们也随盐的种类不同而相应变化.

Abstract:The various differences of the hydrodynamicbehavior of bovine serum albumin in NaCl,KSCN and KI solutionswere evidenced by vis-cosimetry. Based on the empirical formula andviscosity data, the apparent axial ratios andapparent molecular volumes were calculated.which were also affected by the salt proper-ties. correspondingly.
