小熊猫肾脏和输尿管的组织学研究

摘    要:小熊猫的肾脏呈蚕豆形,表面光滑不分叶,只有1个肾锥体和1个肾盏,无肾盂。肾脏皮质内可见皮质迷路和髓放线。皮质迷路内有近曲小管、远曲小管和肾小体等结构。髓放线内有近端小管直部和远端小管直部。髓质可分为外髓和内髓两个区域。外髓有较多的集合管断面,少量的远端小管直部和细段,较多的直小血管束。内髓部位有大量的细段和乳头管。各种泌尿小管之间有少量的疏松结缔组织构成的间质,间质内有丰富的毛细血管。输尿管横切面呈圆形或卵圆形,管腔呈不规则的裂隙状。管壁由粘膜、肌肉层和外膜组成。并与大熊猫肾脏和输尿管的组织结构作了比较研究。

Abstract:The smooth, non lobular and broad bean shaped kidney of the red panda has only one renal pyramid, one renal calices, but no renal pelvis. In cortex, cortical labyrinths and medullary rays exist. The renal cortical labyrinth contains proximal convoluted tubules (PCT), distal convoluted tubules (DCT), and renal corpuscles. The medullary ray contains the straight parts of proximal tubules and distal tubules. The renal medullary is divided into an inner medullary zone and an outer medullary zone. In the outer medullary zone, there are more sections of collecting ducts, less the straight parts, thin segments of distal tubules, and some bundles of vasa recta, whereas in the inner one, there are lots of thin segments and papillary ducts. A little interstitial tissue lies outside the uriniferous tubules. There are abundant capillaries in the interstitial tissue. The transverse section of the ureter is round or ovoid in shape, and the ureteric cavity has unregular crack. The ureteric wall consists of mucosa, muscularis and adventitia. The histo structures of the kidney and the ureter of red panda have been compared with that of giant panda.
