Revising the nasal tip: a new approach

After a very cautious dissection, the crossing of cartilages is going to produce a "spring effect" which, in pushing them to the right position, will consequently correct the pinch. This is a simple procedure, indicated only for nose tips or, if associated with other techniques, to correct secondary rhinoplasty patients.
