| Abstract: | Midtrimester abortion was induced by intraamniotic prostaglandin F2α in combination with hypertonic saline in 102 patients and by hypertonic saline alone in 102 others. Abortion time and duration of hospital stay were shorter with the prostaglandin-saline combination. |
