| Abstract: | A new lignancide named lantibeside (1) was isolated from Lancea ti-betica Hook. f. et Thoms. The structure of lantibeside, C32H42O15, mp 214℃, was eluci-dated as 4"-0-[β-D-xylosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucosyl]-phillygenol by spectral analysis andchemical methods. Pillygenol (2) and oleanic acid (3) were isolated and identifiedalso. |
