Abstract: | Neutral sucrose-gradient profiles of rad54-3 cells illustrate that diploid rad54-3 cells are unable to repair double-strand breaks at the restrictive temperature, 36°, but are capable of repair at the permissive temperature, 23°. Rad54-3 strains are temperature conditional for double-strand repair. |
