| Abstract: | Summary In this report two brothers with a severe form of Peters' anomaly, i.e., primary dysgenesis mesodermalis of the cornea, are described. The thirddegree consanguinity of the parents is an additional argument for the autosomal recessive inheritance of this condition. |
