| Abstract: | A series of novel biphenyl pyrazole dicarboxamides were identified as potential sodium channel blockers for treatment of neuropathic pain. Compound 20 had outstanding efficacy in the Chung rat spinal nerve ligation (SNL) model of neuropathic pain. |
