军团菌研究进展

摘    要:军团菌是一种革兰阴性致病菌,常污染水环境,引起人呼吸道急性感染,可作为生物战剂使用。由于军团菌病暴发范围广,且对人类健康构成了严重威胁,因此越来越受到人们的关注。我们简要综述其病原学、致病机制、实验室检测方法、流行病学和预防控制等方面的进展。

Abstract:The Legionella is one type of Gram-negative pathogenic bacterium, which can be used as bioweapons and often caused acute infection of respiratory tract. Now, more and more attentions are being paid to Legionella, because the potential of prevalent outbreak and threaten to human health. The etiology, pathogenesis mechanism, detection technology, epidemiology, prevention and control of Legionella were reviewed in this paper.
