| 摘 要： | 根据已发表的ＣＡＶ纤突基因序列，用ＰＣＲ方法，对４个ＣＡＶ－２毒 株和４个ＣＡＶ－１毒株的纤突基因进行了扩增和测序，测定的核苷酸序列经推导得到分别编 码５４３和５４２个氨基酸的ＣＡＶ纤突蛋白全序列。测定的ＣＡＶ－２比较表明：我国流行的ＣＡＶ－２ ＳＹ 强毒株与国外标准强毒株Ｔｏｒｏｎｔｏ Ａ２６／６１株相同，其驯化致弱的毒株与驯化前相比在１１３４位 发生碱基颠换。测定的ＣＡＶ－１比较表明：我国流行的ＣＡＶ－１株与标准强毒ＲＩ２６１株差异相对 较大，而国内ＣＡＶ－１毒株互相之间相对差别较小。ＣＡＶ－２与ＣＡＶ－１纤突基因的同源性为８０．４８％。

| Abstract: | According to CAV Fip genes sequence,4 paris of primer were designed to amplify the Fip genes with PCR method.Complete Fip gene sequences of all CAV strains were shown to be consisted of 1 629nt and 1 631nt and encoded 542 an d 543 amino acids from ATG start coden.The deduced amino acid sequences of the F ip of the CAV-2 strains were compared one another and with standardard CAV stra in extracted from the GenBank database.There are point mutation (transversion) occurring in attenuated SY-V60 and SY-V5.The Fip genes of CAV of virulent stra in of different area were sequenced.There are less differences among domestic C AV-1 strains but more differences wi th foreign CAV-1 strains.Honology of Fip between CAV-1 and CAV-2 is 80.48%. |
