| 摘 要： | 为保证和及早预见滤过液中的细菌和其它颗粒全部被拦截，利用压缩空气通入内含亲水性滤芯的过滤器，用完整性测试仪自动监测过滤器的完整性。结果显示人血白蛋白经过完整性测试通过过滤器除菌滤过后无菌试验合格率100％。说明完整性测试方法能保证和预先证明除菌过滤器能够达到除菌效果。

| Abstract: | In order to automatically examine and predict the result of the whole microorganism and other granulates removal in the filtrate by filter instrument containing hydrophilic filter core,the integrity test set was used.The result showed that the human blood albumin filtrate contained none miroorganism and the qualified rate was up to 100%.The test result showed that this method was helpful for microorganism detecting during filtration. |
