活性炭色谱法分离纯化苯丙氨酸的研究

摘    要:用11种颗粒状活性炭进行从猪血盐酸水解液中吸附苯丙氨酸的实验,并用吸附量较大的活性炭进行了吸附和解吸条件的研究,包括静态、动态吸附情况的比较;各种不同洗脱剂洗脱性能以及静态、动态洗脱的比较。结果表明:8号颗粒状活性炭吸附容量大、易洗脱;静态吸附与动态洗脱相结合的分离效果优于其他方式。并用HPLC进行了纯化鉴定。方法简单,易于推广。

Abstract:Developing amino acid fertilizer using free amino acids in hydrolytic waste liquid after cystine extraction is the way to solve the problem of environmental pollution on one hand and a new fertilizer source on the other. The technological process and the additive effect is emphasized. The efficiency of the amino acid fertilizer is also tested.
