| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手指引导下行直肠粘膜下注射争光霉素治疗直肠内尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法：对8例直肠内尖锐湿疣患者在直肠指诊并在手指引导下进行疣体局部直肠粘膜下注射0.1%争光霉素,并进行末次治疗后6个月随访。结果：所有患者在经过1-2次治疗后损害消失,复发率为25%。2例复发患者经过2次以上治疗得到痊愈。所有患者未发现不良反应。结论：手指引导下行直肠粘膜下注射争光霉素治疗直肠内尖锐湿疣是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the efficacy of treatment of intrarectal condyloma acuminatum with injecting bleomycin un- der the guide of the finger. Methods： 8 patients with intrarectal condyloma acuminatum were treated with injecting bleomycin under the guide of the finger, and followed up for six months or more after last treatment. Results： All lesions in rectum were removed afterl-2 times of treatment, 2 recrudescent patients received clinical cure after 2 or more treatment. Conclusions： Treatment of intrarectal condyloma acuminatum with injecting bleomycin under the guide of the finger is safe and effective ,with fewer side effects. |
