增生性瘢痕发病机制研究进展

摘    要:外伤后增生性瘢痕的形成是目前临床上面临的一个较为常见的问题,而手术的操作过程更增加了的瘢痕发生率。虽然损伤后瘢痕的发生机制仍不清楚,但共同的结果都是产生严重的功能障碍。本文主要针对增生性瘢痕的形成机制,从病理生理、炎症介质、局部细胞因子的相互作用和物理环境产生的影响做一综述。

Abstract:Hypertrophic scar formation is a major clinical problem in the developing and industrialized injuries, and surgical pro cedures can increase the rate of scar. Although the incidence of hypertrophic scarfing following these types of injuries is not known, it is a common outcome that creates a problem of enormous magnitude. This review will examine the mechanisms of hypertrophic scar formation, from the aspects of the pathophysiology, inflammatory mediators, the action of local cytokine and the influence on physical environment.
