院内150例真菌感染及其耐药性分析

摘    要:目的研究院内真菌感染的特点及耐药状况。方法对临床标本分离的真菌,用TAB Expression鉴定仪鉴定,E—test抗真菌药敏试纸条进行药敏试验。结果150株真菌共有14个种,以白色念珠菌为主.占45.3%。各种真菌对6种抗真菌药物均有不同程度的耐药。结论院内真菌感染呈上升趋势,并且产生一定的耐药株。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristies of fungus infection and drug resistance in the authors' hospital for recent 2 years. Methods The fungi in the specimens were cultured , isolated and identified by ATB Expression Microbe Identification System .The antifungal susceptibility was detected by E test card.ResultsTotally 150 isolates belonging to 14 species of fungi were identified . Candida albicans was the main species ,according for 45.3%.All the species of fungi was found to be resistant to antifungal drugs to various extent . Conclusions Among all the kind of infectious diseases the rate of fungus infection raised gradually and the antifungal resistant strains were found .In order to guide the reasonable selection of antifungal drugs for clinical physicians ,the isolation and identification of fungi and the antifungal susceptibility tests should be correctly carried out in the laboratory of clinical microbiology.
