| Abstract: | Stenosis of the external urethral meatus in boys is not an uncommon developmental defect. It may cause disease higher in the urinary tract and unless corrected may lead to permanent damage. The most effective treatment is meatotomy, which can be carried out in a physician's office by a method described. |
