摘    要:甘蔗茎尖组织预先在无菌水中浸泡30 min后,再接种到附加6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1、NAA 0.1 mg·L-1的MS培养基中,可减轻外植体的褐变;茎尖诱导培养基中直接附加适量的活性炭(AC,以0.02%为宜,最高不超过0.05%),减轻茎尖组织酚害的效果最理想.另外,在培养基中附加抗氧化剂(如:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,PVP),或根据外植体的褐变情况及时转移到新鲜的培养基中,均能减轻甘蔗茎尖组织的酚害.

Abstract:The stem apical tissues of sugarcane were pretreated with sterile water for 30 min and inoculated inMS media with 6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1 and NAA 0.1 mg.L-1. The best result of minimizing phenol pollution wasobtained when 0.02% (not higher than 0.05%) active carbon (AC) was directly added into the media. Theantioxidant (i.e. polyvinylpyrrolidone, PVP) was added into the media or the explants were transferred ontofresh media when they became brown. These measures could minimize the phenol pollution.
