海洋真菌Xylaria sp.SOF11中细胞松弛素类化合物的研究

摘    要:从海洋真菌Xylaria sp.SOF11的液体发酵提取物中分离到3个化合物,通过1H及13C NMR,2D NMR等方法,分别鉴定为19,20-epoxycytochalasin Q(1)、18-deoxy-19,20-epoxycytochalasin Q(2)和19,20-epoxycytochala-sin C(3)。化合物1~3对两株肿瘤细胞MCF-7和NCI-H460显示较弱的细胞毒活性。

Abstract:Three cytochalasins were obtained from the fermentation broth of the marine-derived fungus Xylaria sp.SOF11,which was isolated from marine sediment collected from the South China Sea.On the basis of 1 H,13 C and 2D NMR spectral data,these compounds 1-3 were identified as 19,20-epoxycytochalasin Q(1),18-deoxy-19,20-epoxycytochalasin Q(2) and 19,20-epoxycytochalasin C(3).Compounds 1-3 showed weak cytotoxicities against two tumor cell lines MCF-7 and NCI-H460 in a MTT assay.
