| 摘 要： | 人巨细胞病毒（HCMV）严重危害人类生殖健康和优生优育。仅据临床表现不能对其进行确诊，生物技术的发展为早期、快速和准确检测，对及时治疗极为重要，文章从病毒形态学、免疫学以及分子生物学角度总结综述了HCMV检测技术的发展、应用及各自特点。
