白腐菌选择性降解竹基质中木质纤维素的研究

摘    要:对竹基质白腐菌选择性降解进行了初步研究。结果表明,菌株B1对竹基质中木质素和半纤维素有明显的降解选择性。降解55 d木质素和半纤维素降解率分别达44.4%和47.1%;降解20 d降解选择性最好,木质素和半纤维素降解率选择系数分别是2.08和1.98。从FTIR图谱中木质纤维素相关谱峰(2 924、1 6351、6011、5101、165、1 045、666/cm等)的明显变化也可以得出相同结论。

Abstract:Selectivity degradation of bamboo white rot fungi was initially studied.The results indicated that strain B1 has apparent degradation selectivity for hemicellulose and lignin.Fifty-five days after the degradation of bamboo powder,the rate of both forenamed components was 47.053% and 44.391% respectively.Twenty days after the degradation,the degradation selectivity was the best;the degradation selective coefficient of hemicellulose and lignin was 2.078 and 1.983 respectively.The same conclusions were also obtained from apparent changes in related peak bands(2 924,1 635,1 601,1 510,1 165,1 045,666/cm etc.) of the FTIR atlas.
