Abstract:It was proved in the last paper that the DCCD can modify the carboxyl groups of QPs leading to the lose of its activity of reconstitution with succinate dehydrogenase.C14 (DCCD) was used to incorporate into QPs and estimated that four carboxyl groups were essential for its reconstitution and all the four carboxyl groups were located in the subunit with molecular weight 24000.
