| Abstract: | Summary A large scale plasmid isolation technique is described for the isolation of plasmids from exopolysaccharide producing strains of Lactobacillus spp. Plasmids of 1.9 to 56 kb were isolated which were pure enough to be used for restriction analysis and cloning experiments. |
