野生花脸香蘑人工控制条件栽培技术初探

摘    要:花脸香蘑是一种尚待开发的野生食药用菌。发酵料、室外荫棚熟料覆土和室内可控出菇试验房栽培对比试验结果表明,花脸香蘑可以在人工控制条件下进行周年栽培,培养条件为菌丝最适培养温度22~25℃,子实体原基形成温度18~22℃,子实体发育最适温度18~26℃;菌丝适宜生长的培养料含水量为60%~65%,空间相对湿度以60%为宜,子实体原基形成和发育的空间相对湿度90%~98%,要求通风良好,覆盖富含腐殖质且透气性、保湿性良好的土壤有利于花脸香蘑子实体原基形成和生长发育。

Abstract:Lepista sordida,known for its good edible and medicinal use is a valuable fungus and has been brought in great interests of research both in scientific and farming communities.Due to its limited amounts and geographically diversified presence in wildness,it will be significant both in economy and for public use if it could be cultivated in a domestic way with good production and easy operation.In this study,we collected some wild strains of Lepista sordida at the locations of Shanghang county and Fuzhou city respectively,and cultivated them in three different ways,namely:Outdoor direct fermented culture,open air sterilized culture in plastic bag with protection from sunshine,and sterilized culture in controlled chamber room.The results show that Lepista sordida can be fully cultivated in the controlled chamber room.The specific optimal conditions for the culture are as follows:Good mycelium growth at 22-25℃;Fruit body shooting at 18-22℃;Fruit body developing at 18-26℃ for good;60%-65% water in culture is suitable for mycelium growth with 60% humidity in culture recommended;90%-98% humidity is good both for fruit body shooting and developing.In addition,good air-circulated and covered with soil with abundant humus,good access to air & water-preserved are also advantages for the fruit body shooting and developing.
