| 摘 要： | 从野生的霍山石斛(Dendrobium huoshanense)根中分离出1株内生真菌SH-01,纯化后以生物量为主要指标对培养条件进行优化,并将内生真菌SH-01与霍山石斛试管苗共生培养。结果表明:与对照相比,该菌株对石斛试管苗的鲜重、株高及分蘖都有一定的促进作用,对株高的增长有显著促进作用(P<0.05),但对鲜重和分蘖的促进作用不显著(P>0.05)。在离体条件下,选择适当的内生真菌与石斛共生培养可以促进石斛试管苗的生长。

| Abstract: | An endophytic fungus(SH-01)was isolated from wild D.huoshanense.After purification,optimum nitrogen source,carbon source and pH value for its growth were researched,which provides the prerequisite and the application foundation for research on its biological activity.Then SH-01 was cultured with D.huoshanense test-tube plant.The results indicate:Compared with its control,SH-01 the fresh weight,height and tiller of D.huoshanense test-tube plant.Its effect on plant height is significant(P<0.05)while its effect on fresh weight and taller is not(P>0.05).The selection of proper fungus culture with D.huoshanense can improve the growth of D.huoshanense test-tube plant. |
