| 摘 要： | 建立了一种通用引物-PCR-CE检测溶脲脲原体2个生物群的方法,对这个方法进行了敏感性、特异性及重复性的研究,并与通用引物-PCR-琼脂糖凝胶电泳法进行了比较。研究表明,通用引物-PCR-CE法敏感性高,特异性强,重复性好,在区分溶脲脲原体2个生物群能力上要优于通用引物-PCR-琼脂糖电泳法。 |

| Abstract: | A universal primer-PCR-capillary electrophoresis method for detecting two biovars of Ureaplasma urealyticum was developed and studied its sensitivity,specificity,and reproducibility.This method was also compared with a universal primer-PCR-agarose gel electrophoresis method.The results showed that this method is sensitive,specific,and reproducible and better than the later on the discrimination of the two biovars of Ureaplasma urealyticum. |
