Polarized luminescence of macromolecules with tryptophan markers. Parameters of high-frequency motion and structure of synthetic polypeptides and proteins

On the basis of the suggested in previous paper 1] model of high-frequency motions of indol group forming a part of tryptophan residue side group parameters of indol groups torsional vibrations in tryptophan-containing synthetic polypeptides and proteins were analysed. Results of conformational analysis and experimental data on polarized luminescence obtained in 2-5] were used.
