| Abstract: | Three new pregnane steroids, 2beta,3beta,5beta-trihydroxy-pregn-20-en-6-one (1), 3beta-hydroxy-5alpha-pregn-7,20-dien-6-one (2), and 3beta-acetoxy-5alpha-pregn-7,20-dien-6-one (3) were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Turraea pubescens, and were structurally elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical method. |
