Abstract: | Background Thermostable enzymes from thermophilic microorganisms are playing more and more important roles in molecular biology R&D and
industrial applications. However, over-production of recombinant soluble proteins from thermophilic microorganisms in mesophilic
hosts (e.g. E. coli) remains challenging sometimes. |
