摘 要: | Methods for the protoplast preparation and DNA transformation of Gibberella fujikuroi were established. The protoplasts were transformed with plasmid pAN7-1, which carries hygromycin B resistant gene (hPh), and the transformation frequency was about 10. Some transformants grew vigorously on the selectivemedium containing 400μg / ml of hygromycin B, while the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the antibiotic to the recipient strain was oniy 20μg / ml.
