摘    要:应用体外培养方法,观察不同商品培养基、血清、营养物质和有关添加剂对体外培养日本血吸虫成虫产卵量和畸卵率的影响。结果表明,RPMI/1640培养基、兔血清和人血清对产卵的作用较好;ATP、5-HT、次黄嘌岭、水解酪蛋白及维生素C对产卵有促进作用。在841培养基的基础上加入有关促进产卵的成分,建立了比较适合成虫产卵的851培养基。

Abstract:The effects of various basic media, sera and chemical compounds on the oviposition of the adult worms cultured in vitro were compared. The results indicate that RPMI/1640 medium, rabbit and human sera are favorable for the oviposition. ATP, 5-HT, hypoxanthine, caseine hydrolysate and vitamin C promote the oviposition. On the contrary, norepinephrine inhibits the oviposition. Medium 851, was made up by adding the effective ingredients to 841 medium. The oviposition rate was increased and the percentage of the deformed eggs was lower in 851 medium than in 841 as observed consecutively for 23 days. Obviously, the normal reproductive function of the worms was maintained longer in 851 medium than that in 841 medium. As the peak of oviposition was over,the oviposition rate increases with each medium replenishment for a shon time in both 841 and 851 media. The mechanism of action of these chemical compounds on oviposition and the practical significance of this culture system are discussed.
